- Anti virus software installed - I install free anti virus solutions and recommend commercial solutions depending on what you intend to use the computer for.
- Microsoft Office 2010 compatible software installed - read, create and edit documents created in Microsoft Word and Excel without paying a huge amount for Microsoft Office.
- Photo management installed - I install Picassa (by Google) to help you view and print your photos.
