“Your customer careless page is very true, large companies do give awful customer service; as a customer it’s hard to understand why, I’m  currently a customer service manager for one of the companies mentioned, not only myself but everyone around me tries their uttermost best for the customer;  but in truth no large company has the resources to fulfill all the promises we’re forced to make (partly due to cutbacks and ’cost savings’) it’s pretty much the same everywhere now,  that’s why you’ll always get better service from a small  independent as their overheads are so much lower.”
